Len Gee himself, is the head chef at Len Gee's Restaurant. His care and dedication to his food is second to none, he has been cooking professionally for over 35 years and has cooked for the Queen and other Royal Dignitaries not to mention the many Mayors and VIPs. Being the head chef at Len Gees allows Len to make sure every dish that leaves his kitchen is to his rigorous standards on taste, flavour and presentation. All the dishes at Len Gee's are prepared from fresh and with fresh ingredients. Where possible Len uses locally produced food from local suppliers. His butcher is LDA of Ledbury, he gets garden produce from Longworth Mill, 100% pure, single variety apple juices and ciders from 'JUS' Juice also near Ledbury, run by Jane and James Skittery and beers from Spinning Dog Brewery in Hereford, he even gets his logs locally!.
