Len is offering a totally flexible menu choice throughout
December consisting of 2 menus, available for both evenings and
lunches.
The concept is 'build your own menu'. You have 2 menu
selections for each course, one with more choice and one
that is aimed at those on a budget. The concept allows the
party to mix and match menu options to suit both budget and
appetite.
So say you only want a few choices of starter, but a better
selection of main courses and deserts simply choose menu A
for starters and menu B for the main course and the dessert
course.
The only stipulation is that the whole party must choose
from the same menus, so if you had a party of 6 the whole
party must agree which menus they want to choose from. For
example, you couldn't have 3 choose starters from menu A and
3 choose them from menu B.
